Anushka Srivastava

Anushka Srivastava is a former Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in New York, where she worked in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), specializing in specialty finance transactions. She brings experience across both investor relations and banking, having also worked at KLA as an Investor Relations Associate. Currently based in London, Anushka serves as Head of Product Operations at Crimson Education and is passionate about empowering the next generation.

A graduate of the highly selective World Bachelor in Business program - a triple-degree track run jointly by the University of Southern California, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bocconi University - Anushka has lived, studied, and worked across Asia, the U.S., and Europe. She has a passion for demystifying finance and helping students navigate high-stakes recruiting. Over the course of the Investment Bank Week webinar series, she will lead foundational sessions on understanding investment banking, navigating recruiting timelines, and sharing real-world insights from analysts and interns.
